Parking & Reservations

How do I reserve a parking space?

You can reserve your space through our online booking system or by calling Rubber Duck Truck Parking at (270) 883-DUCK (3825).

Choose the parking term that works for you—daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be assigned a numbered parking space.

What are your parking rates?

Our current rates are:

  • Daily: $25
  • Weekly: $150
  • Monthly: $275

Your parking plan includes access to the facility and available driver amenities during your reservation.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended and are especially important for weekly and monthly parking.

Parking is subject to availability. Reserving in advance ensures that a designated space is available for you when you arrive.

Can I park for just one day?

Yes. Daily parking is available for $25, subject to availability.

This is a convenient option for drivers who need a secure place to park overnight or for a short stop in the Elizabethtown area.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. You can extend your reservation through the online booking system, subject to availability.

If you are already at the facility and need additional time, contact us at (270) 883-DUCK (3825) and we will work with you based on available space.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation policies depend on the type of reservation.

Daily reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Monthly customers may cancel their parking arrangement by the end of the current month.

Please review the applicable terms and conditions when making your reservation.

Your Designated Parking Space

Do I get my own designated parking space?

Yes. This is one of the things that makes Rubber Duck different.

Every reservation is assigned a numbered parking space. When you arrive, you find your space, pull in, and park.

Your space is your space for the duration of your reservation.

Monthly customers return to the same designated space each month. Fleet customers with multiple spaces are assigned their designated group of spaces and can continue using those spaces unless Rubber Duck needs to make an operational change.

We do not operate on a first-come, first-served system where customers have to search for an open spot every time they arrive.

Can I choose my specific parking space?

Space assignments are based on availability, vehicle requirements, and facility operations.

While we cannot guarantee that a particular numbered space will be available, once your reservation is assigned, that space is yours for the duration of your reservation.

Can I park my tractor and trailer together?

Yes. Tractor-trailer combinations are welcome, provided the vehicle fits within the assigned parking space and facility requirements.

Can I drop an empty trailer?

Yes. Empty trailers are welcome, subject to availability and the requirements of your parking arrangement.

Can I leave my trailer while I am gone?

Yes. If your parking arrangement allows it and your account remains current, you can leave your trailer in your assigned space while you are away.

Do you allow trailer drops and swaps?

Yes.

Rubber Duck is designed to accommodate commercial operations such as:

  • Trailer drops
  • Trailer swaps
  • Drop-and-hook operations
  • Leaving a loaded or empty trailer for later pickup
  • Returning for a trailer after being away

Trailers must remain in their assigned spaces and may not block drive lanes, gates, or access areas.
